Do not open any files attached to an email unless you know what it is, even if it appears to come from a dear friend or someone you know. Some viruses can replicate themselves and spread through email. Better be safe than sorry and confirm that they really sent it.
Trapped At A Web Site Where Back Button Isn't Working ?
In your IE browser simply move the mouse pointer up to the back button and right click. This will bring up a menu of sites you were previously at and you just choose the one you want and you are out of there.

Un-deleting a File
If you ever delete a file accidentally, you can usually recover
it. Go to the Windows desktop and double-click the Recycle Bin.
If you have not emptied the Recycle Bin since you deleted it, you
can recover it.
The Recycle Bin opens with a list of the files you deleted. Click
the one you want to get back and choose "File", "Restore".
